Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple services including cleaning and security.
• Knowledge of M&E services and sub-contracted management.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the soft services teams across cleaning, catering, security, and reception.
• Support the Catering Manager with day-to-day oversight of catering operations and compliance.
• Oversee third-party management of hard services and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Manage supplier contracts and monitor KPIs/SLAs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, SIA regulations, and building standards.
• Develop and implement policies, schedules, and quality audits to maintain high standards.
• Effectively manage budgets, resources, and staffing for cost-efficiency.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders and address queries promptly.
• Champion a culture of excellence, safety, and customer service across all services.
