Job summary

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust is recruiting a full-time Site Services Officer based at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form. The post is 37 hours per week with early and late shifts on alternate weeks, including school holiday periods.

The role sits in the Facilities team, reporting to the Premises and Maintenance Manager. Daily duties include locking/unlocking, maintaining a tidy site, basic repairs, safety checks, meeting contractors, and essential minibus driving.

Qualifications

• Understanding of health and safety, able to work in a team and use own initiative.
• Clean driving licence and willingness to drive minibuses.
• Prepared to undertake MIDAS and First Aid at Work training.

Responsibilities

• Locking and unlocking the school and securing the site.
• Maintain tidiness and presentation of the site for users.
• Carry out minor repairs and routine building maintenance.
• Conduct routine fire alarm, call points, emergency light checks and water runs.
• Meet contractors on site and coordinate their work.
• Minibus driving is essential.
• General porter duties for exams, assemblies and events.
• Respond as named key holder to alarms outside school hours.
