Kenilworth School & Sixth Form in Kenilworth is seeking a Senior Leisure & Lettings Coordinator. The role reports to the KMAT Chief Financial Officer and line-manages the Leisure & Lettings team.

You will coordinate daily leisure services, oversee bookings, and drive community engagement, with a focus on safe, high-quality user experiences. The post covers 37 hours per week across 52 weeks, with responsibilities including staff supervision, KPI reporting, and collaboration with the Trust central

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Leisure & Lettings services.
• Manage and maintain the Pitchbooking system, including community bookings and instructor workload.
• Deliver school holiday programmes.
• Line manage KMAT Leisure & Lettings Coordinators and oversee staff rotas and appraisals.
• Ensure high standards of performance, safety, and customer experience at the centre.
• Monitor facilities and operations to meet leisure facility standards.
• Communicate with community users and other stakeholders as appropriate.
• Safeguard children and manage safeguarding risks between community and school use.
