Job summary

Charter Academy is seeking a Site Services Officer to help run the school premises effectively. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, handling manual tasks, janitorial duties, and monitoring and security tasks.

The successful candidate will drive a minibus and must have held a car driving licence for at least two years. We offer development opportunities and a supportive team within the Castle Phoenix Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs and maintenance in a school or similar environment.
• Must hold a driving licence for at least 2 years.
• Willingness to undertake training for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to general maintenance calls.
• Carry out manual handling and lifting tasks.
• Perform janitorial, monitoring and security duties.
• Support the Estates Manager and Head of Estates.
