Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning, catering, laundry and linen across several community hospitals, based at Tiverton Hospital.

You will lead frontline teams, coordinate staffing, supervise daily operations and carry out quality checks to ensure services meet Trust standards, with travel between sites and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day facilities services across 4 to 5 community hospitals
• Supervising facilities staff and allocating staffing cover
• Monitoring service performance and ensuring Trust standards are met
• Coordinating across ward teams, managers and support services
