Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting a Facilities Service Manager to lead reactive and programmed maintenance across a complex estate, reporting to the Built Estate Manager. You will ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion of works, including assurance activities and energy conservation initiatives.

The role requires experience in facilities management within regulated estates, with a focus on service delivery, contractor management, and evidence-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing service delivery within facilities management or similar.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical discipline with Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CAFM systems and industry standards such as JSP 375, SFG20, and safety management processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SC Security Clearance.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of reactive maintenance, PPM, remedial works, and billable works.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance to ensure value for money and contractual compliance.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate asset and maintenance records within CAFM systems.
• Support mobilization and delivery of additional works and minor projects.
