Job summary

PRS is recruiting a Total Facilities Manager to oversee hard and soft services on a commercial estate in Wrexham. The role covers engineering/maintenance, cleaning and catering management, ensuring service levels and statutory compliance while leading PPM and reactive maintenance.

• Experience of management in FM sector.
• Leading teams across hard and soft services.
• Able to plan and implement PPM maintenance schedules and asset surveys.
• Budget control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities services including engineering maintenance, security, housekeeping and catering.
• Manage outsourced service providers to meet agreed standards and cost targets.
• Develop and manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance processes.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects with external contractors and the Finance Director.
• Lead the catering operations and maintain high food hygiene standards.
• Ensure site security arrangements and access control compliance.
• Handle inspections, audits, regulatory requirements and statutory compliance.
