Job summary

IWFM in Colerne, Wiltshire, is recruiting a Facilities Service Manager to lead reactive and programmed maintenance across a complex estate. You will manage on-site delivery, health and safety, and assurance checks to achieve First Time Fix standards.

Experience in FM, JSP 375 and CAFM systems is essential, with a focus on energy efficiency and compliant service delivery. The role offers a structured environment supporting contract requirements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing service delivery within facilities management, property maintenance or similar.
• Strong understanding of reactive maintenance and PPM.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and teams to meet KPIs.
• Technical background in electrical or mechanical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of reactive maintenance, PPM, remedial works and Billable Works.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure value for money and compliance.
• Monitor operations, identify risks and implement improvements.
• Maintain robust records in CAFM systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate planned maintenance inspections and assurance activities.
