Job summary

BRISTOL MISSING LINK (incorporating Next Link and Safe Link) is recruiting a Female Facilities Manager for the Bristol team. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a salary around £42,123 per annum plus benefits and the opportunity to lead facility operations across multiple sites.

The role requires proven experience at a similar level, strong H&S knowledge, staff supervision, and the ability to manage contracts, records and training while travelling within Bristol and surrounding

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Ability to carry out health and safety checks.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to use IT packages to support and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health & Safety at all offices and ensure accommodation standards and safety practices are adhered to.
• Administer office-related contracts and services.
• Travel across Bristol and surrounding areas with a full driving licence.
• Lead and supervise the office administration team.
• Gather and present information in clear formats; communicate effectively at all levels.
