Job summary

JLL is seeking a diligent facilities operations assistant to ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and that reactive repairs and PMs to M&E systems are carried out to SLA standards. You will follow Health & Safety policies, organise tasks, attend training, and foster strong relationships with client contacts while delivering reliable, detail‑oriented service on site.

Applicants should have good English/maths, be well organized, and capable of prioritising workloads to meet demanding

Responsibilities

• Maintain QHSE documentation using JLL systems (Logbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks).
• Comply with JLL Quality Management Systems and record keeping.
• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PM tasks to site M&E systems.
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed in line with SLAs.
• Prioritise Planned Preventative Maintenance per schedules.
• Observe Health & Safety at Work policies.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
• Attend and participate in relevant training.
• Maintain customer focus and build effective relationships with client contacts.
