Job summary

Giordani Resources is seeking a diligent facilities coordinator to oversee monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules and ensure timely delivery of planned work at our site in the UK. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team to review subcontractor invoices against purchase orders and completed works, ensuring accurate reconciliation.

Experience in Facilities Management or HVAC is advantageous, and familiarity with Joblogic or CAFM systems would be helpful to optimise

Responsibilities
