Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to perform planned and reactive works, respond to client callouts, and monitor contractor performance. You will ensure equipment and work areas meet company standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires an NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Services, a current UK driving licence, and experience in facilities management. You will work Monday to Friday, with a hands-on, on-site approach.

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK
Current, valid driving licence
CSCS or equivalent certifications
NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Services
Experience in Facilities Management
Ability to use electronic handheld devices

Responsibilities

Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames.
Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
Undertake contractor control duties, including monitoring of contractors and workmanship.
Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
Evaluate performance to ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with Health & Safety legislation.
