OCS Group is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance technician to support a major retail contract in the UK. The role covers PPM, proactive and reactive works, with responsibility for contractor oversight and safety compliance across sites.

You will ensure equipment and environments meet company standards, contribute to profitability, and provide callout responses as rostered. Driving licence and relevant plumbing/mechanical qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Must hold a current, valid driving licence.
• Relevant qualifications in plumbing/mechanical services as stated.

Responsabilités

• Carry out PPM, proactive and reactive works within set time frames.
• Monitor contractors and workmanship to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to company standards.
• Evaluate performance and service/maintenance of contract equipment.
• Work safely in compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Contribute to contract profitability and overall service delivery.
• Support integrated delivery of contracted services within budget and quality.
• Provide callout response roughly 1 in 4 weeks as rota allows.
