OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to manage planned and reactive maintenance across client sites in the Wolverhampton area. You will work to strict timeframes, coordinate callouts, and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.

You should hold gas safe qualifications, a valid CSCS/ECS card, and a clean driving licence. The role offers a structured career path within a leading facilities management company and opportunities for

Competenze

Experience in facilities management is required.
Valid driving licence and CSCS or ECS card are essential.
Gas Safe Registration and related qualifications are required.

Mansioni

Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met.
Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
Evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
