Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring safe, well-functioning offices and a positive colleague experience. You will work closely with the Facility Manager and internal stakeholders to coordinate operations, contractors and suppliers while adhering to Group standards.

The role is hands-on, requires organisation and a service mindset, and offers opportunities to influence service quality, compliance and cost control across

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, workplace operations or office management.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with follow-up discipline.
• Experience coordinating contractors and third‑party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations and resolve issues in a service-oriented manner.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance and follow up on actions to completion.
• Liaise with landlords, managing agents, contractors and suppliers on operational matters.
• Support workplace onboarding and office events with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Apply Group Facility Management standards, processes and reporting requirements consistently.
• Maintain records and provide regular reporting on supplier performance, Health & Safety and costs.
