The Facilities Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the various EMEA locations, fostering internal culture, and uniting different teams. We seek an experienced Real Estate Professional responsible for Facilities Operations, reporting to the EMEA Regional Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facilities Operations across traditional and serviced offices in the EMEA Region.
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class workplace experience for all employees and contingent workers, leading initiatives and projects to enhance the workplace environment.
- Collaborate with Planning and Projects teams to successfully deliver new workplace spaces that support scaling needs.
- Manage relationships with Landlords, Managing Agents, contractors, and local vendors.
- Coordinate with key business partners and cross-functional teams across EMEA.
- Handle business-critical and emergency situations promptly to minimize disruption.
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all EMEA sites.
- Align standards for hard and soft services, including PPM, Events management, MAC processes, and shipping, managing IFM contracts with SLA and KPI oversight.
- Oversee Facilities budgets and forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement in facilities processes and procedures.
- Produce and communicate management reports on financials, KPIs, SLAs, and PSC.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- 8+ years of experience in facilities operations or management in an MNC environment.
- Strong people management skills with a vision for developing the FM function.
- Experience managing vendor contracts effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle high-level communications with EMEA leadership and Heads of Office.
Minimum Qualifications
- Third-level qualification, preferably in property, facilities, or operations.
- Experience managing multi-site or campus facilities operations.
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working across multiple offices and time zones.
