Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager EMEA

Location: London or Dublin

Duration: 12 months

Type: Temp contract - full time

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience

The Facilities Operations Manager will play a key role in managing various EMEA locations, fostering and developing internal culture, and bringing different teams together. We seek an experienced Real Estate Professional responsible for Facilities Operations, reporting to the EMEA Regional Facilities Manager. This is a full-time, temporary position based in London or Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Facilities Operations across traditional and serviced offices in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class workplace experiences, leading initiatives and projects to enhance the workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Projects teams to successfully deliver new workplace spaces.
  • Manage relationships with Landlords, Managing Agents, contractors, and local vendors.
  • Work closely with key business partners and cross-functional groups across EMEA.
  • Handle business-critical and emergency situations promptly to minimize disruption.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all EMEA sites.
  • Ensure alignment of standards for hard and soft services, including PPM, Events, MAC, shipping, and management of IFM contracts with SLA’s & KPI’s.
  • Manage Facilities budgets and forecasts across all sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures within facilities management.
  • Produce and communicate management reports (financial, KPI’s, SLA’s, PSC).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent people management skills with a vision for future FM development.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with EMEA leadership and office heads.

Qualifications:

  • Third-level qualification, preferably in property, facilities, or operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in multi-site or campus facilities management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple offices across different time zones.
