A community-focused facilities management company in Birmingham is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of resources, staff, and customer service while implementing operational policies and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing busy sites and relevant health and safety training.

Salary: GBP40–50,000 per annum
A discretionary bonus may also be payable (up to 20%) and may be calculated by the performance against Key Performance Indicators assessed through appraisal.

Full–time 40 hours: (phone number removed)pm (you can start between 6–7am) include working 2 nights per week covering trading hours (3.30am – 11.30am), one in four Saturdays covering trading hours (3.30am – 9.30am)

You will oversee the daily operations of our site, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, staff, and customer service. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and maintaining processes to enhance productivity and ensure the smooth running of the site and managing the tenants.
