Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking an organised Assistant Facilities Manager to join our supportive team in England. This office-based role provides essential administrative and coordination support to keep our care homes safe, compliant, and welcoming for residents, visitors and colleagues, working closely with the facilities team and care home staff.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance requests across multiple care homes.
• Liaise with contractors to arrange visits, obtain quotations, and monitor completion of works.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and facilities documentation.
• Update facilities management systems and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to enquiries from care homes and provide timely support.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and departmental projects.
• Help ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and communicated effectively.
