The National Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the management of built assets and facilities for Arlington Court and North Devon Coast & Countryside, ensuring our places remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future.

You'll oversee planning and delivery of facilities services, manage budgets and resources, lead a team of staff and volunteers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive maintenance, safety and operational improvements across a diverse

Qualifications

• Strong facilities management experience.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing compliance, risk assessments and operational procedures.
• Understanding of building fabric and conservation principles.
• Strong commercial, analytical and financial management skills.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in procurement, contracts, supply chain and contractor management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
