Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, operating as 14forty, is recruiting a Contract Manager (Soft Services) to lead Cleaning, Security and Catering across three sites, with a strong base at the Oldham site. The role is fully site-based, Monday to Friday, and requires visible leadership on the frontline across distribution and corporate locations.

You will develop high-performing teams, drive standards and compliance, manage budgets and P&L, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site Facilities Management experience.
• Experience leading Cleaning, Security and Catering teams.
• Visible hands-on leadership with coaching ability.
• Experience managing budgets and contract performance.
• Willingness to travel between sites and hold UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading Cleaning, Security and Catering operations across three sites.
• Act as the visible operational lead, supporting Heads of Department.
• Drive standards, compliance and best practice in cleaning.
• Identify innovative ways to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Coach and develop Heads of Department and frontline teams.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and statutory compliance are met.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Manage budgets, labour, and P&L performance.
• Prioritise time across sites to ensure visibility and consistency.
