Job summary

Construction in Theale, Berkshire seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance, and operations across its facilities. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will manage building services, contractor relationships, and ensure health & safety compliance while driving efficiency and workplace improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Facilities Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing contractors and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, services, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
• Lead facilities improvement projects and manage budgets and timelines.
