Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Building Fabric trade to minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building fabric maintenance and manage in-house facilities delivery teams.
• Develop and implement the venue's maintenance strategy and Fabric PPM scheme.
• Supervise daily activities and ensure safe working practices with HSE alignment.
