Job summary

Bellrock Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations at Castlehill Centre, Bolton, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning and projects, alongside services including security, cleaning and catering.

Qualifications

• IT literacy required for Word/Excel/CAFM usage.
• Member of IWFM or similar required.
• Experience in Facilities Management at contract level is essential.
• Excellent customer relationship skills are required.
• Experience training team members and improving performance is desirable.
• Experience with large complex heating and water systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team and oversee day-to-day service delivery at the Centre.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and safe systems of work.
• Manage contract budgets, forecasts and expenditure with value for money focus.
• Plan and oversee statutory PPM and reactive maintenance to meet KPIs.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure works meet standards.
• Oversee catering services in line with National School Food Standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure helpdesk data is up to date.
• Provide regular facilities and performance reporting to the Account Director.
• Give technical guidance across gas and mechanical systems and support safety.
• Hold authorised person responsibilities across confined spaces, L8, electrical works and fire safety.
