Job summary

The Facilities Manager will oversee all premises aspects of the Centre, ensuring safety, cleanliness and smooth daily operation. You will lead maintenance, repairs, and project work while coordinating with contractors and staff to keep events running smoothly.

Experience in building management, lease considerations, and service charges is preferred. The role requires strong IT capability, proactive communication, and a hands‑on approach to maintaining facilities and supporting the Project

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills to manage internal teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with CMMS or standard IT packages for records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Centre premises, maintenance, repairs and service charges.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the Centre.
• Maintain safe environment for staff, volunteers and visitors; coordinate contractors.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor rates and track expenditure.
