Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at Castlehill Centre, Bolton. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle planning, and services including security, cleaning and catering, ensuring compliance and value for money.

You will oversee contractors, maintain asset records, and provide clear reporting to the client while upholding health & safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• IT fluency and MS Office skills essential.
• Experience in Facilities Management at contract level is required.
• Strong health & safety understanding with compliance focus.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities team and oversee day-to-day delivery of services across the Centre.
• Maintain health & safety and environmental policies, safe systems of work for colleagues and subcontractors.
• Manage contract budgets, forecasting and expenditure with value-for-money focus.
• Plan statutory PPM and reactive maintenance within KPIs.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure standards.
• Deliver catering services compliant with National School Food Standards.
• Keep asset, service and compliance records; maintain helpdesk data.
• Provide regular facilities and performance reporting to the Account Director.
• Offer technical guidance on gas and mechanical systems and safety.
• Hold Authorised Person responsibilities across confined spaces, L8, electrical works and fire safety.
• Build strong client relationship and ensure service delivery excellence.
