Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-occupier, complex properties.
• Strong budget, service charge, and contractor management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop all FM services for the building.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and contracts for security, M&E, cleaning, and building fabric maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance across health, safety, environment, and security standards.
• Develop strong relationships with occupiers, clients, and colleagues to maintain service levels.
• Lead the FM team and contractor partners, driving performance and accountability.
