Job summary

National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) is seeking a Facilities Manager at our National Training Centre in Leicester to help us deliver a safe, welcoming environment for staff, volunteers and visitors. You will coordinate bookings, arrange room set-ups and respond to facilities queries with excellent customer service.

You will lead the Facilities team, ensure compliance and manage procurement and contractors, with Nebosh General Certificate training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as an operational manager in the conference, hotel or leisure industry.
• Strong procurement and contractor management skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to train and gain Nebosh General Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating bookings and room set-ups for events at the NSPCC National Training Centre.
• Assisting clients and tenants and resolving facilities queries with excellent service.
• Leading facilities management at the NTC and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Overseeing procurement, contractor management and the facilities budget.
• Supporting health and safety, contracts, reception duties and catering setup.
