Job summary

Synnovate in London is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety and efficiency for a diverse group of resident businesses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years+ of operational experience in a client-facing setting.
• Proficiency in health, safety and facilities management principles.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safety, functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance, logistics and on-site activities for residents.
• Lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct regular client reviews and respond to help desk queries.
• Implement policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
