Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited in Bristol is seeking a Facilities Manager to own day-to-day delivery of facilities services on-site, ensuring the workplace is safe, compliant, and operating smoothly.

The role requires SC level security clearance; candidates should be British nationals. Travel to the Cardiff office will be required on an ad hoc basis as part of coordinating multi-site services and contractor management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in facilities management or similar site-based role with day-to-day service delivery.
• Experience operating independently and taking ownership of workplace responsibilities.
• Experience in a corporate or multi-service workplace environment preferred.
• Ability to manage a site with high independence and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for building management, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service delivery to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Oversee workplace services including cleaning, reception, mail and meeting rooms.
• Maintain high standards of workplace presentation and environment.
• Support leadership meetings and site issue resolution, including safety and security requirements.
• Process facilities invoices and purchase requests, supporting budget control.
• Manage Bristol and Cardiff Facilities Support staff and supplier performance.
