offering ownership of a bespoke London portfolio within a growing residential estate.
Working as part of the wider team and reporting to a Senior Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of the operational facilities, maintenance, and compliance while acting as a key link between central functions and the on-site teams. You'll develop these relationships through regular, consistent site visits as part of your hybrid working pattern.
This is a strong opportunity to gain valuable client-side experience within the growing Build to Rent sector, joining an established residential owner that has a strong development pipeline as well as an enviable benefits package.

As the successful applicant, you'll have relevant Facilities Management or property operations experience and be confident managing a multi-site workload with a high degree of personal ownership.
Residential property experience would be advantageous, particularly if within Build to Rent, although applications would be welcomed from FM's with experience across other Real Estate sectors or operationally-focused hospitality environments.
An Assistant Facilities Manager stepping into a full Facilities Manager remit may also be considered where they can demonstrate substantial experience working autonomously.
Strong communication, initiative, resilience and teamwork will be important, alongside practical experience of compliance, contractor management and CAFM systems. IOSH is expected at this level, with further FM, building, engineering, construction or health and safety qualifications advantageous.
