We are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic Facilities Manager to lead our school's facilities. The ideal candidate should be flexible, able to work independently, and prioritize workload to meet demands and deadlines. The post holder will be part of the school's Extended Leadership Team, working collaboratively to ensure the site is safe and welcoming for all users.
Key qualities include being well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and adhering to deadlines. The candidate should have a proven track record in caretaking or premises management, a passion for building strong relationships with young people and families through restorative working, and excellent communication skills to inspire and motivate staff and pupils alike.
Additional qualities include remaining calm under pressure, resilience, approachability, a positive attitude in a dynamic environment, and a good sense of humor.
