Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: The Holden School, Leigh WN7 4SB
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Split Shift, 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent, Term Time plus 4 weeks

The next Facilities Manager should have the ability to solve problems independently, hold high expectations and standards, and lead our facilities department, deliver training, and ensure our practices remain outstanding. Precise adherence to health and safety policies is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience with IOSH, COSH, relevant H&S qualifications, and enjoy working with pupils in a calm and engaging manner. Resilience and innovation are key traits.
