Wargrave House School (ages 5 - 16) and Ascent College (ages 16 - 25) operate a non-maintained special school and independent specialist college with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding education and care to autistic young people. We are the first national provider to receive Beacon status from the National Autistic Society.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to provide strategic and operational support to the organisation's premises portfolio. This key role involves supporting the Head of Business Resources with premises development and managing day-to-day operations.   • Manage site resources effectively and efficiently;
  • Proactively develop premises to meet ongoing organisational needs;
  • Ensure a safe working and learning environment in line with relevant legislation;
  • Have experience in managing and leading a team;
  • Be flexible and capable of working across multiple sites.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience in premises and facilities management in a similar environment. IOSH or NEBOSH certifications would be advantageous. Experience managing operational staff, along with skills in health and safety, project management, and staff leadership, are essential for this role.
