We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager based in Peterborough within our property management team. The role covers a diverse portfolio across the East Midlands, serving Prop Co’s, HNWI, Funds, and Private Investors.

1. Conduct regular monthly inspections of each property.
2. Ensure reactive and routine repairs are processed efficiently using the CAFM system, instructing approved contractors as needed.
3. Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure compliance with all H&S requirements and management agreements.
4. Administer contractor contracts, purchase orders, and H&S documentation in line with company policies, including the use of permits to work for high-risk activities.
5. Keep occupiers informed about reactive and planned maintenance works.
6. Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide insightful commentary during discussions.
7. Participate in supplier meetings and address any issues that arise.
