Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal professional qualification in building, engineering, or construction.
• Qualification in Facilities Management, preferably in Health, Safety and/or Environmental Management.
• Membership in IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage hard and soft facilities management, refurbishment and refresh projects, monitoring service providers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including Fire Safety Order 2005, HMO regulations and Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme.
• Maintain and update property maintenance schedules, lifecycle plans and cost forecasts to optimise facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver facilities management services aligned with business objectives.
