CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Technical / Hard Services to lead FM service delivery across a key BT account in Birmingham.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Hard and Soft FM operations, ensuring technical excellence, statutory compliance, operational performance, and exceptional client service.
