Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead contractual and financial performance on high-profile public sector FM contracts. You will report to the Regional Commercial Manager and handle contract variations, payments, and P&L.

The role requires strong stakeholder communication, negotiation skills, and Excel proficiency. Candidates with 3+ years in Commercial Management or Assistant Commercial Manager roles are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Accounting/Finance.
• Finance/Accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACCA) or RICS, or studying towards.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, trackers, functions).

Responsibilities

• Commercial lead on a high-profile Hard FM Contract.
• Understand contract terms and price variations to maximise revenue and margin.
• Oversee all applications for payments.
• Manage inclusive repair threshold spend and EWN alignment.
• Drive a self-delivery operating model with limited subcontractors.
• Accountable for contract P&L performance.
