Qualifications

• Financial, commercial, and analytical oversight capability.
• Ability to analyse and trend financial performance.
• Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Commercial oversight of Facilities Management contracts.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations and service requirements.
• Experience with business cases, budget management, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Ability to monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective-action recommendation skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and technical data; produce executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Vendor and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead performance review discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, commercial, and analytical oversight across Facilities Management contracts and support services
• Drive financial performance, commercial compliance, and service excellence through analysis of contract performance, vendor management, KPI/SLA governance, and executive-level reporting
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data
• Develop actionable solutions supporting business objectives and delivering value across the FedEx network
• Analyse and trend financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives
• Provide commercial oversight of Facilities Management contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service requirements
• Support business cases, budget management, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
• Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs
• Identify performance gaps, analyse root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Support contract reviews, renewals, and performance governance processes
• Interpret complex financial, operational, and technical data to generate actionable insights
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic decision-making
• Track key performance trends and highlight emerging risks and opportunities
• Manage relationships with outsourced Facilities Management vendors and key stakeholders
• Lead performance review discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted commercial partner across the Facilities Management network
