Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Rugby to support maintenance, decorating and facilities across our retail portfolio. You will ensure work is completed to high, safe standards and participate in self-development to grow your skillset.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Retail Facilities, Compliance Manager, shop teams and contractors, with a commitment to safety, accuracy and a proactive workload plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with TAAS core values.
• Maintenance and redecoration in line with new branding.
• Fully licensed UK driving licence is required.
• Accurate, conscientious and self-motivated.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance, decorating and facilities needs of the retail portfolio, ensuring high and safe standards and timely action.

What You’ll Be Doing:

To respond to the maintenance, decorating and facilities needs of the retail portfolio, ensure that all works are completed to a high and safe standard and to ensure works are actioned in a timely manner. To engage in self-development to learn new skills.

Works closely with Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager, Head of Retail operations, Shop teams, Volunteers and external contractors
