Job summary

Bruntwood is seeking a General Maintenance Team Member to operate across our Valo / Lumina Village and surrounding buildings in Manchester. This 40-hour-per-week role involves routine maintenance, caretaking duties and supporting meeting rooms for customers.

You will join a collaborative team with training provided; maintenance experience is beneficial but not required. Bruntwood offers generous holidays, pension, private healthcare options and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high presentation standards around entrance and common areas.
• Open and lock up buildings as needed.
• Prepare meeting rooms for customers.
• Maintain vacant suites to a high standard.
• Carry out PMs including fire testing and water temperature checks.
• Check plant, equipment and fabric to deliver service standards.
• Perform regular building checks and inspections.
• Monitor and complete outstanding jobs; health and safety interventions.
