Blue Arrow is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our Total FM delivery for a professional, compliance-led facilities management coordination service at the University of Staffordshire (USSV). The role focuses on statutory compliance, PPM, contractor control, and social value commitments, based in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and building fabric repairs, with a track record of safe working practices

Responsabilidades

• Redecoration works
• Building fabric repairs
• Lock changes
• Filter changes
• Assist with electrical work
• Minor plumbing work
• Moving furniture and equipment
• Tiling work
• Gutter clearing
• Supervision of Sub-contractors to ensure safe working practices.
• Completing all regular safety checks.
• Completing and assisting of all preventative planned maintenance checks.
