Blue Arrow seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Person/Engineer for a permanent role based near Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent, UK. The position focuses on delivering a compliant FM coordination service including PPM, safety checks, and contractor control within a university setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, be confident in performing PPM tasks, plumbing and HVAC maintenance, and conducting safety checks using CAFM systems while communicating professionally with

• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with maintenance tasks.
• Confidence to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Experience with plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to perform and document safety checks across fire systems and emergency equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Redecoration works and building fabric repairs.
• Lock changes and filter changes.
• Assist with electrical work and minor plumbing tasks.
• Moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Tiling work and gutter clearing.
• Supervise Sub-contractors to ensure safe working practices.
• Complete regular safety checks and assist with preventive maintenance checks.
