We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities candidate to join a prestigious hospitality group with a strong UK presence and a head office in Leeds City Centre. As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing upkeep, compliance, and maintenance of the UK-wide restaurant estate. This role balances strategic oversight and hands-on coordination. You will lead two experienced engineers and ensure each site meets brand standards while operating safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, utilizing internal systems and contractors.
2. Coordinate refurbishment, repair, and improvement projects, collaborating with operations and design teams.
3. Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance activities, inspections, compliance checks, and costs.
4. Act as the first point of contact for on-site property issues, escalating when necessary.
5. Ensure statutory compliance, including fire risk assessments, health & safety regulations, and other legal property obligations.
6. Review and manage contractor performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value for money.
7. Maintain access control protocols and keep accurate records of keys and site entry.
8. Support lease administration and liaise with landlords, including tracking lease terms, notices, and rent reviews.
9. Conduct site inspections to assess property condition, enforce standards, and recommend improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in facilities or property management, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across numerous locations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident working with internal teams and external contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/facilities management systems.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly across the estate.
