We are seeking a regional Venue Maintenance Engineer to join our Venue Operations Team. This role involves maintaining and repairing our venue's fabric and systems, with a focus on HVAC systems. The successful candidate will manage facilities across Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds, with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple sites, including plumbing, electrical, and building fabric.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and longevity of equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document maintenance activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and management.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Travel regularly between sites and occasionally across the UK.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in general maintenance.
• HVAC knowledge is advantageous.
