Job summary

Haven in Weymouth is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our Facilities & Maintenance Hub, ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for guests and team members.

You will manage budgets, coordinate external contractors, drive performance, and mentor staff while upholding health and safety standards and company policies. The role offers a supportive team, training opportunities, and a bonus of up to 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or facilities leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
