Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a seasoned Facilities/Maintenance leader at our Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre. You will drive maintenance standards, oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation while supporting SAP/IESA processes.

You will partner with operations to maximise uptime, manage spares, and deliver cost-effective improvements across the EMC site, contributing to a future-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy maintenance/technical role in a high-volume production setting.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• High drive and self-motivation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit facility maintenance standards, SOPs and SLAs to ensure compliance and operational performance.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to achieve facilities, environmental and testing deliverables across the site.
• Support SAP/IESA processes, including maintenance compliance, work orders, approvals and asset management.
• Oversee building handovers, defect reporting, snagging activities andH&S/environmental compliance.
• Develop site procedures, manage spare parts inventories and identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure statutory compliance for lifting equipment, LOLER, PUWER, insurance inspections and NDT assessments.
• Support manufacturing operations by maximizing equipment uptime and securing cost-effective repair and service solutions.
