Qualifications

• Experience in a busy maintenance/technical role within a high-volume production setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities with effective problem management.
• Self-motivated with drive and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Team organisation and management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and audit facility maintenance standards, SOPs and SLAs to ensure compliance and performance.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to deliver facilities, environmental and testing outcomes.
• Support and maintain SAP/IESA processes, including work orders, approvals and asset management.
• Oversee building handovers, defect reporting, snagging and compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Develop site procedures, manage spare parts inventories and identify cost/efficiency improvements.
• Ensure lifting equipment, pressure vessels and LOLER, PUWER inspections and related health and safety compliance.
• Support manufacturing operations by maximizing equipment uptime and securing cost-effective repair and service solutions.
