Job summary

Uplift360 is seeking a Facilities, Logistics & Site Operations Manager to own the facilities and technical logistics for its Bristol operations. The role blends hands‑on execution with managerial ownership across office, lab and pilot facilities, budgets and supplier performance.

You will coordinate equipment moves, utilities, storage and continuity of operations, while ensuring health, safety and compliance systems are maintained and evolved.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities, site operations and logistics.
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance systems.
• Ability to work independently as sole owner of a function.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities and site operations across the office, laboratory and pilot facility.
• Manage contractors, service providers, utilities and specialist technical suppliers.
• Own budgets and procurement discipline, tracking spend and supplier costs.
• Support the upcoming facility relocation and establish scalable operating systems.
