Job summary

Uplift360 is seeking an experienced Facilities, Logistics & Site Operations Manager to own the facilities, logistics and related budgets across our Bristol operations. This hands‑on role combines management with practical execution to keep office, laboratory and pilot facilities running smoothly.

You will oversee contractors, suppliers and asset records, while coordinating the upcoming site relocation and building scalable operating systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in facilities, site operations and technical logistics.
• Knowledge of COSHH, environmental permitting and waste management.
• Experience as the sole owner of a function in a small or growing organisation.
• Budget, supplier, trackers and asset records management experience.
• Comfort around process equipment and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities and site operations across office, lab and pilot facility.
• Manage contractors, service providers, utilities and suppliers.
• Own relocation workstream including equipment moves and scheduling.
• Maintain records of services, assets and costs.
• Plan operational logistics for trials and site moves.
